We’re partnering with an award-winning digital marketing agency, to find a Paid Search Manager who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity where you’ll manage and optimize paid search campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients across industries including technology, fintech, travel & tourism, and consumer products.

What You’ll Do

• Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing optimizations to maximize ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy testing, and bid strategy management.
• Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align paid search efforts with broader digital marketing strategies.
• Stay current on paid search trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on paid search (SEM/PPC) experience.
• Strong experience managing campaigns in Google Ads (Microsoft Ads is a plus).
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and performance reporting.
• Comfortable managing multiple client accounts in an agency or consulting environment.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for optimizing campaign performance.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
