DuraMobile MC is a HIPAA-certified medical courier and DME delivery company serving the Tampa Bay area. We're building our driver network ahead of a full operational launch and are looking for reliable, professional contractors to run assigned routes in Pasco, Hillsborough, Pinellas, Polk, and Manatee/Sarasota counties. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a direct path to full-time W-2 employment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Pick up and deliver medical specimens, lab work, prescriptions, and durable medical equipment (DME) across your assigned zone.
• Follow your assigned route stops in order — no improvising. Routes are pre-built and optimized.
• Maintain chain-of-custody documentation on every run. Accuracy is non-negotiable.
• Communicate pickups, delays, and completions via the DuraMobile driver app in real time.
• Represent DuraMobile professionally at every client location — clinics, labs, and pharmacies are partners.
• Complete HIPAA compliance training before your first run.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Florida Driver's License Clean MVR — no more than 1 moving violation in 3 years
• Reliable Personal Vehicle Insured, registered, in good working condition
• Smartphone iOS or Android for route app and communication
• Background Check Must pass standard background screening
• HIPAA Awareness Training provided — completion required before Day 1
• Professionalism Presentable appearance, punctual, and responsive to dispatch

YOUR PAY & GROWTH PATH

Stage Contractor Status 1099 Pay Structure Trigger

$20/stop · +$10 STAT · $0.53/mile Start — assigned to 1 zone, Expanded Contractor1099 Same rates · priority route access ~2 active location routes built

Full-Time W-2 Employee Base salary + residuals + benefits path ~3 active location routes accumulated

Pay is weekly, every Friday, via ACH transfer. 1099 documentation maintained annually. Full-time conversion is merit-based — no fixed timeline, driven entirely by your route performance.

Zone 3 — PRIMARY (Hiring Now) Wesley Chapel, Zephyrhills, Land O'Lakes, New Port Richey, Trinity

Zone 1 — Hillsborough Tampa, Brandon, Plant City (expansion phase)

Zone 2 — Pinellas Clearwater, St. Pete, Largo (expansion phase)
