Requirements/Responsibilities

What You’ll Do
Respond to customer questions through online live chat
Provide friendly, professional, and timely assistance

Escalate complex issues when additional support is needed
Follow company guidelines and customer service procedures
Work independently while meeting assigned performance expectations

Strong written communication skills

Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations
Strong attention to detail
Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required

Entry-Level Friendly
