A family in Weston, Connecticut is seeking an experienced live-in Infant Nanny to provide exceptional care and developmental support for their young child. This role requires a confident, proactive, and highly adaptable individual who can serve as an extension of the parents while fostering a nurturing, structured, and enriching environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of early childhood development and seamlessly integrate into a busy household.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, nurturing care and ensure the child's safety and well-being at all times

• Support age-appropriate developmental milestones through engaging educational and enrichment activities

• Create and maintain routines that promote healthy development, learning, and independence

• Plan and implement activities that encourage cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth

• Partner closely with parents to understand and support family values, preferences, and parenting goals

• Monitor developmental progress and proactively identify opportunities for growth and learning

• Assist with nursery organization, children's laundry, and maintaining child-related spaces

• Serve as a positive role model while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Proven ability to support developmental milestones and create enriching learning experiences

• Confident, capable, and proactive with excellent judgment and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• CPR and First Aid certification 

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
