Warehouse Supervisor
Pay: $25/hr
12+ Months contract
Lewisburg, TN
[Responsibilities]
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipment, storage, and requisition of materials, supplies, and equipment
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records
- Conduct daily safety inspections and enforce EH&S standards
- Monitor trailer movement in the yard and coordinate effective radio communications
- Lead and engage hourly associates through shift huddles, check-ins, and transparent communication
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles and customer experience tools
- Ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures, safety regulations, and administrative policies
- Partner constructively with union representatives to foster positive labor relations and resolve concerns
- Monitor and analyze KPIs related to engagement, safety, and productivity, implementing action plans as needed
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and inclusion throughout the team
[Required Skills and Experience]
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years' supervisory or management experience in warehousing, production, or planning
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of motivating teams
- Proficient with PC and standard software applications (inventory, scheduling, communications)
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work all shifts in a 24-hour operation, including weekends and overtime as required
