We are seeking a Virtual Personal Assistant to join our team at Perkins Coie LLP. As a Virtual Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative support and assistance to our team members in a virtual setting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of team members
• Organize and maintain documents and files in an efficient manner
• Coordinate meetings and events, both virtual and in-person
• Conduct research and compile data as needed
• Assist with personal tasks as requested

Essential Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and software
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information

Desired Experience:

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role. Previous experience working in a virtual or remote environment is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

The salary for this position ranges from $27 to $35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer competitive compensation packages and benefits to our employees.
