Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We need 5+ years of experience working with bare metal infrastructure and hardware automation.
• We are looking for hands-on expertise with modern NVIDIA and AMD GPU platforms, along with high-performance networking such as RoCE and InfiniBand.
• We require deep knowledge of BIOS, BMC, firmware, NICs, Redfish/IPMI, and PCIe systems.
• We need strong Linux systems experience, including familiarity with device drivers and package management.
• We require proficiency in infrastructure automation using Python and Bash.
• We value experience working with GPU drivers, firmware ecosystems, and hardware vendor partnerships.
• We are seeking someone with a track record of designing and delivering complex infrastructure products.
• We need proven leadership experience, including the ability to lead projects and mentor engineers.
• We prefer experience optimizing multi-cluster GPU environments.
• We look for exposure to machine learning software stacks and GPU-based workloads.

• We design and maintain GPU and bare metal infrastructure across both containerized and physical environments.
• We build scalable GPU clusters in collaboration with networking and provisioning teams.
• We ensure dependable, high-performance provisioning of GPU infrastructure.
• We develop automated testing frameworks for GPU-enabled platforms.
• We implement infrastructure solutions that support a variety of AI and machine learning workloads.
• We benchmark, validate, and troubleshoot GPU performance at scale.
• We partner with hardware vendors on drivers, firmware, and technical support.
• We resolve hardware, software, and performance issues across different environments.
• We optimize rail and cluster performance across multiple architectures.
• We provide technical leadership and mentor engineers on infrastructure best practices.
