Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Home Health
Location: Bonsall, CA (North County San Diego)
Work Type: PRN / Part-Time (2–3 days/week)- Also open to FT Lite (32 hrs/week) or Full-Time
Compensation: $60–$75/hr + paid drive time between visits + mileage reimbursement
A well-established, mission-driven home health provider is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support patients across North San Diego County. This role offers true schedule autonomy, clustered visits, and weekday-only flexibility, making it an excellent alternative to school-based or facility roles.
Home health experience is not required — the team is focused on finding a licensed SLP who can support this high-need territory.

What You’ll Do
Provide one-on-one speech therapy in patients’ homes
Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement individualized plans of care
Treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
Educate patients, caregivers, and families
Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
Accurately document visits in the home health EMR
Participate in case conferences and team collaboration as needed
What You Need
1+ years of experience
Active California SLP license
CCC-SLP (ASHA)
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (accredited program)
Experience with adult or geriatric patients
Home health experience NOT required
New grads welcome
Current BLS (CPR) certification
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Availability for weekday scheduling
