During your SkillBridge with Mass DOC, you’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple career paths. What You’ll Experience

• Go behind the walls and inside the system to see how the Department of Correction operates
  

• Shadow and support seasoned professionals across departments like custody, reentry, logistics, education, health services, and administration
  

• Attend live hiring events, academy prep sessions, and behind-the-scenes tours
  

• Receive mentorship from BufferSprings and Mass DOC leaders who believe in growing talent from within
