Job Description

Salary: $130,000 - 150,000 per year Requirements:

• We need a CCIE or an equivalent certification in the relevant technology practice.
• We require 10+ years of experience as a senior engineer.
• We expect at least 4 years of presales experience, including quoting hardware and professional services.
• We are looking for proven experience leading engineering projects and delegating work to junior engineers.
• We need strong collaboration skills for working with Project Managers and Account Managers on planning and execution.
• We expect excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills, both verbal and written.
• We require a bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• We expect proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• We value a commitment to ongoing learning to maintain certifications and complete requested training.

• We collaborate with Account Managers on opportunities, including project and block-of-time quotations.
• We scope projects, prepare written Scopes of Work, complete Professional Services pricing sheets, and present solutions to customers.
• We serve as the Practice Lead for our technology area within the team or organization.
• We stay current with emerging technologies through self-study, bootcamps, or online courses.
• We train, mentor, and coach peers on new technologies.
• We lead technical project delivery, assign tasks, and guide engineers throughout the project lifecycle.
• We work with Project Managers to build timelines, assess risk, and monitor milestones, or independently manage projects when no Project Manager is assigned.
• We maintain accurate time records and project documentation.
