We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in data engineering principles and a deep expertise in Microsoft T-SQL Development. This role is critical in designing, developing, and maintaining robust data pipelines and ensuring the integrity and availability of data for analytics and reporting purposes.

• Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes using Microsoft T-SQL.
• Collaborate with data architects and analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement data models and structures that support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance, ensuring data quality and reliability.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather and document data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data processes, data models, and data flow diagrams.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data engineering and database management.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

• Strong expertise in Microsoft T-SQL Development, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and functions.
• Proficient in data modeling and database design principles.
• Experience with ETL tools and data integration techniques.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize SQL queries for performance.
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices.

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
• Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Understanding of machine learning concepts and their application in data engineering.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in data engineering or database management are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
