Job Summary
As an RN Admissions, your primary mission is to perform initial assessments and administer nursing care for clients in their place of residence. You will serve as a coordinator of care, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, patients, families, and referring agencies to establish a seamless transition into hospice services.
