We count on our Resturant Host / Hostess / Maitre D for a number of duties. Resturant Host / Hostess / Maitre D requires a complete understanding of hospitality and what is required to welcome everyone with a friendly demeanor.
We are looking for restaurant professionals with the Maitre D spirit and the organizational skills required of operations of a 200+ seat restaurant. A genuinely hospitable spirit and the ability to multi task are absolute must-have attributes for this position. Previous experience is not a requirement, but certainly preferred. You will be the face of Waterbar and must represent our vision and concept with grace and confidence. The host holds the distinction as the first and last impression given to our guests. - 2 years of experience is preferred but we will train the right person also
- A warm and outgoing personality with a passion for food and customer service
- Must have a commitment to deliver a unique and memorable guest experience
- Planning and executing the seating for the restaurant
- Punctual, patient, and mindful
- Fluent in English and proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Must have a flexible schedule and be available nights, weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with OpenTable is desirable
