• Maintain an organized waitlist and communicate accurate wait times.
• Escort guests to their tables while ensuring balanced seating.
• Answer phone calls professionally and assist with reservations and guest inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand.
• Coordinate with managers and servers to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service from arrival to departure.

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, positive attitude with a professional appearance.
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
