10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full-time W2 Class A CDL drivers based in Shreveport, LA. Opportunities are available across OTR, Regional, and Dedicated fleets, with routes operating primarily east of I‑35. Both experienced drivers and recent CDL school graduates are considered; recent graduates may qualify for a paid training program if they have at least 120 hours of instruction.

Typical duties

• Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in accordance with DOT and company rules.
• Haul no‑touch dry van freight, primarily drop‑and‑hook (approximately 70%), for major customers across the Eastern U.S.
• Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members.
• Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Experienced drivers are welcome; recent CDL graduates with at least 120 hours of instruction are eligible for paid training.
• Satisfactory driving record and a strong safety focus.
• Able to pass DOT physical and pre‑employment drug test.
