QA Salesforce & Automation lead

Leads end-to-end QA for Salesforce applications, ensuring quality through manual and automated testing strategies.
Designs and implements automation frameworks while validating integrations and business processes.
Manages QA teams, drives Agile delivery, and collaborates with stakeholders for successful releases.

Salesforce testing (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning)
Automation tools: Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber
API testing (REST/SOAP, Postman)
QA processes: Functional, Regression, UAT
CI/CD & DevOps (Jenkins, Git)
Agile/Scrum methodology
Team leadership & stakeholder management

Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder)
Apex & Flow understanding
Performance testing (JMeter)
Database/SQL knowledge
Integration tools (MuleSoft)
DevOps exposure (Azure DevOps)
Strong stakeholder communication
