Candidates with experience in tools like OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL, HCM Extracts, or Fast Formulas

Key Responsibilities

Provide functional support for Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Talent Management
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
Configure and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules based on business needs
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring data integrity and system performance
Support data loads, conversions, and integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, and other tools
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to optimize business processes and implement system enhancements
Assist in system testing (SIT/UAT), releases, and patch updates
Work closely with technical teams on integrations, reporting, and data migration activities
Develop and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and user guides
Support HR reporting and analytics using OTBI and BI Publisher
