The RN Perioperative Services will rotate between 2 primary operating rooms, working alongside a collaborative and highly skilled surgical team. You’ll support a wide range of procedures using state-of-the-art equipment and modern surgical techniques designed to enhance patient safety and outcomes. The surgical program includes ophthalmology, general surgery, gastrointestinal, urological, podiatric, and ENT procedures, spanning both minimally invasive and more complex cases. Every case is approached with personalized, compassionate care and clinical excellence.
In this role, the Nurse Surgical Circulator will assess patient needs, collect and analyze clinical data, identify nursing diagnoses and desired outcomes, and develop individualized care plans. They will implement and coordinate care delivery, evaluate patient progress, and collaborate closely with patients, families, surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the interdisciplinary team. Additional responsibilities include patient and family education, participation in discharge planning, appropriate delegation of tasks, and coordination of healthcare team activities.
