Hospice chaplaincy is a calling. You're there to meet patients and families exactly where they are, offering presence, comfort, and spiritual support during one of the most profound transitions a person can face. Our staff volunteers with Meals on Wheels, we host monthly Veteran-to-Veteran coffees through our hospice program, and we show up for this city the same way we show up for our patients. When you work here, you're part of something that goes beyond the office. What you'll do

• Provide spiritual and emotional support to hospice patients and their families in the home setting
• Conduct spiritual assessments and contribute to the interdisciplinary care plan
• Facilitate meaningful conversations around end-of-life, legacy, and closure
• Collaborate with the hospice care team to ensure whole-person care
• Complete accurate and timely documentation following each visit

• Flexible scheduling and a caseload you control
• Mileage reimbursement at $0.64/mile

What we're looking for

• Master of Divinity or equivalent graduate degree from an accredited institution
• Experience in hospice, hospital, or palliative care chaplaincy preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine comfort with end-of-life conversations
• Reliable transportation
