Salary: $128,000 - 168,000 per year Requirements:

• We require an advanced degree, or equivalent practical experience, in Data Science, Statistics, or a closely related quantitative discipline.
• We need advanced proficiency in applying statistical, predictive, and exploratory analytics to healthcare and operational datasets.
• We require experience building and implementing data models, forecasts, and analytical methods.
• We need strong familiarity with healthcare data areas such as utilization, cost, quality, and performance measurement.
• We require experience with cost modeling, trend analysis, and scenario-based forecasting.
• We need the ability to communicate complex analytical results through reports, dashboards, and executive-level briefings.
• We prefer experience partnering with Data Engineers to operationalize and scale analytic models.
• We prefer experience creating repeatable analytics frameworks and enterprise-ready methodologies.
• We prefer familiarity with federal healthcare data governance, privacy, and security requirements.
• We prefer experience handling high-priority, time-sensitive analytical requests for senior leadership.
• We require U.S. citizenship.
• We require eligibility for a Public Trust clearance, including preliminary and complete fitness determination.

• We design and run advanced data analyses, predictive models, and statistical methods using healthcare and operational data.
• We perform cost modeling, utilization reviews, trend analysis, and forecasting to inform strategic planning.
• We collaborate with Data Engineers to operationalize analytic models and support scalability.
• We develop repeatable analytical frameworks and methodologies for enterprise-wide use.
• We validate data sources, analytical assumptions, and model outputs to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• We translate analytical findings into practical insights through reports, dashboards, and executive briefings.
• We support leadership with urgent, high-priority analytical requests.
• We document analytical methods, assumptions, and limitations.
