General Café Manager

Salary: $60,000 per year + profit-based bonus opportunity

Were hiring a General Café Manager to oversee one of our Las Vegas cafés. This role is ideal for someone who leads with presence, upholds high standards, and understands what it takes to run an exceptional café. Youll be accountable for both guest experience and operational performance at your assigned location.
What Youll Lead:
Daily café operations, ensuring consistency, cleanliness, and alignment with brand expectations
A team of Leads and hourly baristas, focused on coaching, accountability, and development
KPI performance, including labor percentage, average ticket, transaction growth, and guest experience scores
Training, evaluating, and mentoring team members to ensure quality execution and service
Weekly audits of service, beverage/food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality standards
Floor-based leadership guiding your team in real time, not from the sidelines
Youre a Strong Fit If You:
Have demonstrable leadership experience in café or food and beverage environments
Bring knowledge and enthusiasm for guest service
Are skilled at giving direct, constructive feedback and creating a culture of follow-through and high standards
Are confident managing labor and costs while keeping the guest experience front and center
