Now Hiring: Fire Sprinkler Sales Representative

The fire protection industry continues to grow, and we're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Fire Sprinkler Sales Representative to join a reputable, established fire protection contractor. If you have a strong technical understanding of sprinkler systems and the ability to close deals, this is a high-earning opportunity with real growth potential.

Compensation : $60K-$80K Base + Commission (Realistic $150K-$200K+ Total Compensation) Full-Time | Benefits Included

What You'll Do:

Develop new business and manage existing accounts

Sell fire sprinkler installation, retrofits, tenant improvements, and service contracts

Perform site visits and walk-throughs

Prepare estimates and proposals

Work closely with estimating, design, and operations teams

Build long-term relationships with GCs, property managers, and building owners

Close deals and consistently hit revenue targets

What We're Looking For:

3-5+ years of fire sprinkler sales experience (preferred)

Strong knowledge of wet, dry, and pre-action systems

Ability to read plans and understand project specs

Proven track record of closing and generating revenue

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated and goal-oriented
