Job Description

Join a cutting-edge GenAI team at a leading AI lab and contribute to the development of advanced Large Language Models. This role is designed for advanced Excel experts with extensive hands-on experience in the Manufacturing domain, who will enhance the quality of AI training data through their spreadsheet and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities

• Guide research teams to identify knowledge gaps and enhance AI model performance on Excel-based tasks within the Manufacturing sector.
• Design realistic, domain-relevant Excel tasks based on professional experience, and write accurate, well-structured solutions.
• Evaluate Excel tasks and solutions, providing clear, written feedback.
• Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data.

• Demonstrated advanced, professional-level Excel expertise, including advanced formulas (e.g., XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, dynamic arrays), PivotTables, data modeling, dashboards, Power Query, Power Pivot, and macros/VBA.
• Hands-on professional experience applying Excel within the Manufacturing domain.
• Demonstrable career progression in your field.
• Ability to engage reliably for at least 20 hours/week during weekdays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills.
• United States-based only.

This is a W-2 employment position with Cincinnatus LLC, with the opportunity to be placed at a leading AI Lab as part of their extended workforce.

Hourly compensation ranges from $70 to $100.
