As a Department Systems Administrator, you will:
Lead and coordinate daily work activities of assigned co-workers.
Confer with supervisors to obtain direction regarding work assignments and priorities.
Organize tasks to complete assigned work efficiently.
Monitor the status of work in progress and inspect completed work.
Confer with co-workers, assist with complex or problematic situations, and provide technical expertise.
Assist with training and instructing co-workers on operational procedures and proper use of equipment.
Assist with supervision by reporting employee problems and providing input on disciplinary actions and employee performance evaluations.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in a related role
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Proficiency in providing technical expertise and troubleshooting complex issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Experience in training and supervising co-workers
