Pay & Incentives

• $0.56–$0.64 CPM based on verified experience
• Average weekly gross: $1,300–$1,500
• Top drivers earn $1,800+ per week
• $300 orientation bonus added to your first paycheck

• Home time: Home on weekends

The Freight

• Dry Van loads only — no touch freight
• 70% drop and hook — in, drop, hook, gone
• 1,700–2,300 miles per week
• Lanes run primarily east of I-35 — consistent and predictable
• No New York City or surrounding boroughs

Your Equipment

• 2022 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth trucks
• Automatic transmission only
• No slip seating — your truck stays your truck
• Take your truck home between runs

Recent CDL-A Graduates

• 4–6 weeks paid training alongside a veteran driver
• You run real lanes, haul real freight, earn real pay during training
• CDL school must be accredited with 120+ verified hours
• Solo driving starts at $0.56 CPM after training
• Steady work history required — be upfront about any gaps

Minimum Requirements

• Class A CDL in good standing
• Age 21 or older
• Experienced drivers: 6+ months tractor-trailer experience
• Graduates: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL program
• DOT/FMCSA compliant
• Clean pre-employment drug screen
• Strong safety record
