Description
Develop deep knowledge of assigned business processes and related systems. - Analyze existing workflows, data, and controls to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities. - Document current state and future state processes, including SOPs and workflows. - Recommend and support process optimization, standardization, and automation initiatives. - Measure process performance and track improvement outcomes. - Partner with Accounting, Finance, Operations, IT, and external stakeholders to support process initiatives. - Facilitate working sessions to gather requirements and validate process changes. - Communicate process changes, impacts, and results to leadership and end users. - Support change management efforts, including training and user adoption.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.40 - $27.40/hr.
