Breakfast Cook — hed 11 at Kimpton Hotel Enso

hed 11, located inside the Kimpton Hotel Enso at 1800 Sutter St, San Francisco, is looking for an experienced Breakfast Cook to join our team.

Schedule: 5–6 days per week, 6:30 AM–11:30 AM

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and execute breakfast menu items to hed 11's standards
• Prep ingredients and mise en place ahead of morning service
• Track inventory and place orders to keep breakfast service fully stocked
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen station throughout service

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in a breakfast role, ideally within a hotel or high-volume setting
• Comfortable working early mornings on a consistent 5–6 day schedule
• Strong attention to detail, speed, and consistency during service
• A team player who takes ownership of their station

Compensation: $21.00–$24.00/hour, plus tips
