Middle Child Clubhouse is hiring a full-time  Line Cook for our  Breakfast and Lunch Service. Our menu features sandwiches, burritos, pancakes, and more. We're looking for cooks who are comfortable working across the fry, grill, and flat top stations. No one trick ponies!

We're a very high-volume restaurant, so we need teammates who are dependable, work with urgency, and stay positive when things get busy. We take the food seriously -- but not ourselves. Be kind, work hard, support your team, and bring a good attitude every day.  No assholes. Just good people who love cooking and want to be part of a great team.

Compensation & Benefits

• $19/hour + tips (current average is about $26/hour total inc. tips)
• Paid Time Off
• 25% Health Insurance Coverage
• Roughly a 6:30am to 3:30pm schedule, depending on the day

Responsibilities

• Execution of all Breakfast and Lunch pick ups
• Setting up the line cook stations each day, including all food preparation
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, including daily, monthly, and weekly deep cleaning
• Overseeing correct FIFO and PARS
• Reporting directly to the Sous Chef or Executive Chef
